Account Security
Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and do not share them with any third party. Report any unauthorized activity on your account to dd33 support immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity that takes place on their account.
Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy
The rules governing financial transactions on the dd33 platform are detailed below. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer.
- The deposit account must be registered in your own name.
- Deposits made through third parties are prohibited and such funds may be forfeited.
- dd33 reserves the right to verify any deposit to prevent money laundering.
Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- The withdrawal account and the deposit account must be the same.
- Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete.
- dd33 reserves the right to hold or investigate suspicious withdrawals.
Bonus and Promotion Policy
dd33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the relevant offer page.
Welcome Bonus Terms and Conditions
New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to claim this bonus. The total deposit amount including bonus funds must be wagered 20 times. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer applies to one user, one household, one device or one IP address only.
- Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
- dd33 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus.
- Certain games or bet types may be excluded from bonus wagering.

Consequences of Violations
If the above rules are violated, dd33 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate the account, forfeit all funds and winnings, and notify law enforcement agencies where applicable. These decisions will be made at the sole discretion of dd33.
VIP Rewards Program
The dd33 VIP program offers regular players special rewards and benefits. Progression to VIP tiers depends on your gaming activity and is at the discretion of dd33.
Bronze Tier
Up to 0.3% cashback per week. This tier is accessible through regular play and benefits continue as long as you remain active.
Silver Tier
Up to 0.5% cashback per week. You can advance to this tier by playing more regularly and at higher amounts than the Bronze tier.
Gold Tier
Up to 0.8% cashback per week. Maintaining long-term activity at the Silver tier with higher gaming activity makes it possible to reach the Gold tier.

Limitation of dd33's Liability
- dd33 is not liable for losses caused by technical errors or server outages.
- dd33 will not be liable for issues related to your device or internet connection.
- Losses caused by user negligence or third-party activity do not fall within dd33's liability.
- dd33 will attempt to give advance notice of service interruptions, but this may not always be possible.
Miscellaneous and Final Provisions
Changes to Services
dd33 reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue the scope of services, game offerings, promotions or other features at any time. dd33 is not obligated to provide compensation for such changes.
Severability of Terms
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, ineffective or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified or removed and the remaining Terms will remain in full effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any special terms applicable to specific games or promotions together form the entire agreement between dd33 and the user. No prior oral or written understanding can replace these Terms.
Language of Communication
All formal communication with dd33 may be conducted in Bengali. Our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist in Bengali. In any legal dispute, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative.
